Market Settlement and Dispute Resolution

If you believe a market has been settled incorrectly, you have 48 hours to file a dispute. Contact our support team with the market ID, timestamp, and details of your claim. We review all disputes and respond within 24 hours. If we find an error, we will correct your account balance immediately. If we find no error, we will explain our settlement decision.
Our settlement decisions are final. We do not overturn settled markets except in cases of documented system error or fraud.
